Well it's really nothing to worry about. Your cigars are aging perfectly! The white spots are called bloom or plume. They will easily brush right off and won't harm the cigar. Now if it is a bluish or greenish and furry looking spot and you wipe it off and it leaves a stain, then you may have mold damaging your cigars. This is caused by too high of humidity. Simply leave them out for a couple days to kill off the mold growth. You will also want to separate them from your other cigars and clean out your humidor. Be sure to lower the humidity in your humidor when you set it back up. And always use distilled water or RO (Reverse Osmosis) water.
